Important note regarding what is offered for purchase :

Original oil paintings can be purchased by contacting Pierre Sidaoui Creations directly, while novels and prints can be purchased via external internet hyperlinks. In the case of the latter two, the User is governed by the terms of service, the privacy policy and the terms of sale of the external sites to which the hyperlinks in question connect him.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content posted and available on the SITE is the property of Pierre Sidaoui and is protected by the copyright provisions in force. This includes, but is not limited to images, videos, texts, logos, as well as anything that is part of the very constitution of the SITE.
